Yes, walk-in clients are welcome. We have two stories full of beautiful bridal gowns and we encourgage brides to be to visit our store. However, we do have to give priority to our brides with appointments. If you call us at (818) 240-3323 we'll be glad to set up an appointment for you at your earliest convenience.
Depending on the gown and the manufacturers it usually takes 4 to 6 months for a dress to be custom made. Rush orders are available however there is a Rush Order Fee.
Yes, we do carry off-the-rack gowns however, they are limited in size.
We require 50% deposit on all orders. The remainder of the balance is due 10 days prior to shipping.

Our Off-the-Rack gowns start at $800. Our custom order gowns start at $2,000.
We ask for a $50 consultation fee after the 3rd visit. This fee is applied toward the purchase price if the bride-to-be purchases the dresses from Caprice Bridal Boutique.
No, we do not rent out gowns.
Yes, there is usually a $300 shipping, steaming and bustling fee. If additional alterations are needed, our brides are advised in advance.
Yes, depending on the dress style and the extent of preservation, our services start at $350.
